Tax incentives for Angel investors.

The Cabinet approved a tax incentive scheme for investors in the initial enterprise (Angel Investor) by requiring the person who made the payment to invest in shares for the purpose of establishing or investing in a new company or partnership. An entity is a startup enterprise. The deductible is included in the calculation of personal income tax at the actual amount paid. The total is not more than 100,000 baht for the tax year. The person holding the money must hold shares in that company or partnership for at least 2 consecutive years from the date of investment in that particular share paid during January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019.
